Warranty Coverage
Designito provides a limited warranty against verified manufacturing and material defects under normal residential use, subject to the terms below.

What Is Covered
The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use, including:

- Manufacturing defects such as loose joints or misalignment
- Foam collapse beyond normal softening
- Stitching or seam failure
Coverage applies only when the product has been used and maintained in accordance with our Care & Maintenance guidelines.
What Is Not Covered
The following are considered normal characteristics or excluded conditions and are not covered under warranty:
- Normal cushion softening over time
- Natural material variation, including grain, color, texture, or knots
- Leather patina, creasing, or surface marking
- Fabric pilling due to regular use
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, pets, stains, liquids, or improper care
- Environmental damage (excess humidity, heat, or prolonged direct sunlight)
- Commercial, hospitality, or heavy contract use unless agreed in writing
Residential Use Only
This warranty applies to products used in private residential environments.
Furniture used in commercial, hospitality, or high-traffic contract settings is excluded from this warranty unless separate written terms have been agreed.

Remedy and Resolution
If a warranty claim is approved, Designito will determine the appropriate remedy on a case-by-case basis.
Remedies may include:
- Repair of the affected component
- Replacement of the affected part
- Replacement of the product (rare and at Designito’s discretion)
The selected remedy will be based on the nature of the defect, product availability, and practical resolution.
Claim Process
To submit a warranty claim, the original purchaser must provide:
- Proof of purchase
- Clear photos or videos documenting the issue
- Access for inspection if required
All claims are subject to review and approval before any action is taken.
Transferability
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable.
